Implementation in achieving the goal of national education, the effort that cannot be done is to provide Education services in the field of physical education to students to develop their potential, especially in order to become human beings with faith and devotion to God Almighty, noble, healthy, knowledgeable, capable, competent, creative, independent, and be democratic and responsible citizens. The realization of an effective and efficient education, should realize Physical Education Management. Schools as a form of education reform, so that principals, physical education teachers, students and parents of students have a very important role to oversee the process of teaching and learning in educational institutions. Thus, a positive system will occur centralized and decentralized.
